Phase 2 is a completely new 8 week program built on progressive overload! These workouts are built to push you harder, work on posture, full body strength with an emphasis on our arms and more! Every workout is brand new, we are building off our foundation from Phase 1!

We are not working out for this event... we are TRAINING!

FAQs

How is Phase 2 different from Phase 1?

Phase 2 is a completely new program - every workout is brand new, nothing is repeated from  Phase 1. It’s built to take the foundation you created and push your strength and sculpting  further. Think of it as Phase 1’s harder, stronger upgrade.

Do I need to complete Phase 1 before starting Phase 2?

We recommend completing Phase 1 first to build your base, but if you’re already comfortable in  the gym and confident with foundational movements, you can jump straight into Phase 2.

Who is Phase 2 for?

Phase 2 is for brides-to-be who want to focus on building real strength and sculpting their  physique. If you’ve finished Phase 1 and want to keep going - or you’re already training  consistently and want something with more progressive challenge - this is for you.

Can I do Phase 2 at home?

Yes! Just like Phase 1, you can swap exercises for home-friendly options directly in the app.

What equipment do I need for Phase 2?

Same as Phase 1 - gym equipment or home alternatives available to swap in-app as needed.
