What is the workout split?

How soon before your wedding should you start working out?

For optimal results it is ideal to start this program at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding!

This will allow enough time to complete the full program, build up that strength, stick to your nutrition protocols, and establish a routine! I do not want to ADD to your wedding planning stress so the sooner you can start, the better!

What if I start and then I want to upgrade to full 1:1 coaching for extra accountability and chat access to you?

I am a beginner, will this work for me?

No matter where you are at in your fitness journey this is a solid program! It focuses on traditional weight lifting movements and if you are ever uncomfortable with an exercise you can easily swap it out in the app for a workout that will hit the same muscle group!

Is there a home version?

Yes, exercise options for at home are available to swap in-app

Is cardio included?

Yes, cardio is included weekly!
